EJ is a pricing executive with a relentless focus to implement price optimization to its fullest. He works closely with CEO, CFO, CIO/digital, product and sales leadership to deliver significant quantified returns (>$100M NPV) from pricing and value sales. EJ currently holds global responsibility for pricing and value sales for Sandvik Mining & Rock Technology (~$3.7B sales 2015, ~15,000 fte, 100+ countries), reporting to CEO team. He is keynote speaker and author of "Pricing: The Third Business Skill" (see Amazon.com). EJ has created Internet of Things business models, pricing and sales strategy in Mining industry (APAC, EMEA and Americas) and in Manufacturing industry (metal cutting and production facilities). He also brings extensive experience in Internet, biotech, Big Data and AI.
